Intellectual Property & Use of Content

• The Yahweh Mission names, logos, slogans, marks, and designs (collectively “Marks”) are trademarks or service marks of Yahweh Mission. You may not use these Marks except with our express written permission, or in a way that could cause confusion, disparage the mission, or infringe our rights.

• We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to view, browse, and use our site for your personal, noncommercial use. This license does not permit you to:

  a) Copy, modify, reproduce, republish, distribute, or display portions of the site
  b) Use the site for commercial purposes or benefit
  c) Extract data (e.g. scraping, data mining, robot access)
  d) Frame or embed our content in other sites without permission

• Any unauthorized use terminates your permission to access the site.

2. Donations, Sponsorships & Payment Terms

• When you make a donation or sponsor a child or program, you authorize us to use the payment method you provide (e.g. credit card, bank transfer, mobile payment) to process the applicable amounts.

• If you enroll in a recurring donation / sponsorship plan, the payments will be automatically charged on a regular schedule (e.g. monthly) until you cancel.

• You may cancel recurring donations at any time by contacting us via our support channels (email, phone, or in your account dashboard). Please provide sufficient lead time (for example, 3 business days before the next billing date) to avoid unintended charges.

• Donations are generally nonrefundable, unless required by law or under special circumstances at our discretion.

• We reserve the right to change the donation amounts, sponsorship plan pricing, or applicable fees. If we do so, we will provide you with advance notice (e.g. 30 days) and allow you to opt out.

• Payment methods may incur transaction or bank charges (such as foreign exchange fees). You agree to check with your financial institution for details.

User Accounts & Responsibilities

• In order to access certain features (donor dashboard, sponsor portal, volunteer registration), you may need to create an account and supply accurate information.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all actions taken under your account.

• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any security breach.

• You agree not to impersonate others, provide false information, or use the account for unlawful or unauthorized purposes.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Services for:

• Any illegal or fraudulent purpose

• Harassing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable content

• Spamming, phishing, or unsolicited communications

• Uploading or transmitting viruses, malware, or harmful code

• Interfering with or disrupting the site or servers

Because Yahweh Mission may work with children and youth in its programs:

• Users (donors, volunteers, visitors) must comply with our child safeguarding or protection policies, and standards of appropriate conduct.

• You must not engage in romantic, sexual, exploitative, abusive, or coercive behavior with minors (under 18), whether in-person or online, even if local law permits otherwise.

• Communications with children or youth must follow our prescribed channels and guidelines; direct or unsolicited contact is prohibited unless explicitly permitted under our programs.

• If we determine that a user has breached these conduct standards, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate their account, participation, or sponsorship.

Disclaimers, Warranties & Limitation of Liability

• The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” Yahweh Mission Bangladesh makes no warranties, express or implied, about the reliability, accuracy, availability, or suitability of the content.

• We do not guarantee that the site is error-free, secure, or free from viruses or malicious content.

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for any damages, including direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use or inability to use the Services.
